December 2002: In 3/03, Paris (ORY) to Munich (737, 3/day).

January 2003: In 4/03, Paris (ORY) - Palermo (weekly). In 7/03, (ORY) - Alghero.

September 2003: French Transport Secretary gives Aeris (AEY) 30 days to recapitalize by +# EUR 10M. Shareholder DSP Partners (owns 37%) has so far refused to increase its investment. If the new capital is not found, it is likely that (AEY)'s operating license will change from a permanent to a provisional one.

(AEY) filed for bankruptcy protection. Continues to operate 5 737-300's & 1 767-300. 767-304ER (28039) returned to Itochu Airlease (CIF).

October 2003: Axis Airways (AXY) shows interest in taking over Aeris (AEY).

November 2003: French Commercial Court of Toulouse orders Aeris (AEY) to undergo liquidation, because of a lack of financial guarantees on the part of bidders.

Closed down operations. Its Paris Orly slots will go to Air Europa (ARE), Air Littoral, and easyJet (EZY).
