African Safari Club
21-25 North Street
Bromley, Kent BR1 1SD, Great Britain
For over 37 years African Safari Club, part of a Swiss group, has specialized in arranging quality, good holidays to Kenya and today proudly boasts an excellent reputation as international market leaders.
From small beginnings the group now controls eight hotels on the Kenyan coast and six safari lodges and camps. It has its own transfer and safari vehicles as well as a fleet of light airplanes to fly you directly to the wilderness game reserves from their private airstrip.
Their infrastructure also includes African Safari Airways (AFS) who own an Airbus A310-308 airplane which operates between London Gatwick and various other European gateways and Mombasa, several times a week.
In 1990, it became the proud owners of the 5,600 ton m.s. Royal Star. This charming yacht-like ship has since offered a year round program of cruises to the idyllic and relatively un-commercialized islands of the Indian Ocean.
What makes them unique is that they offer a year round program of relaxing beach hotel holidays to Kenya which could incorporate an exciting African safari adventure and/or an idyllic cruise to some of the most beautiful and unspoilt islands on earth.
Nothing is left to others, or indeed to chance, as all aspects of their African safari holidays are managed and personally controlled by their own well trained and highly motivated staff.
April 2006: African Safari Airways (AFS) provides up-market charter and inclusive-tour flights between Europe and Kenya, serving the East African game parks and other tourist attractions in the region.
(ICAO) Code: QSC (Callsign - ZEBRA).
European gateways including Basle, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, London Gatwick, Milan, Munich, Vienna, and Zurich.
Main base: Mombasa Moi International airport (MBA).
April 2007: Ceased operations.
