April 2010: Vista Georgia (AJD) obtained its Air Operator Certificate (AOC).
July 2011: 2 737-500s, 1 ex-Bulgaria Air (LZB) and 1 ex-Luxair (LUX), operating on behalf of Marsland Aviation (MSL) and Sudan Airways (SUD), both of Khartoum, Sudan.
November 2011: Vista Georgia (AJD) is a charter and wet-lease (ACMI) operator. It operates from its base in Tbilisi, Georgia for its clients to North Africa, the (CIS) and the Middle East regions.

March 2012: Vista Georgia (AJD) has wet-leased one of its 2 737-300s to Sun Air (SNZ) in Sudan).

May 2012: Vista Georgia (AJD) will wet-lease one of its 3 737-500s to Air Tanzania (TNZ) which had recently announced regional expansion plans.
September 2012: Aerovista Tanzania (based at Dar-es-Salaam airport (DAR)) has been awarded an air operator certificate (AOC) earlier this month. It is a subsidiary of Dubai International airport (DXB) based airplane lessor Aerovista (AEV), that also operates several airplanes on a wet-lease basis on behalf of other carriers. These airplanes are currently operated by subsidiary, Vista Georgia (AJD) and Aerovista Tanzania is expected to be operating some 737s in Africa. Vista Georgia (AJD)'s 737-500 (27354, 4L-AJB) is currently stored at Dar-es-Salaam (DAR) following a wet-lease agreement with Air Tanzania (TNZ).
December 2012: Badr Airlines ((IATA) Code: J4, based at Khartoum airport (KRT)) (BDR) has taken delivery of 737-500 (27354, 4L-AJB) on wet-lease from Vista Georgia (AJD). The Sudanese carrier Badr Airlines (BDR) had so far mainly operated cargo services with a fleet 2 Il-76s, one An-74 and 2 An-26s.
July 2014: 737-33R (28873, 4L-AJC), ex-(M-ABGT) leased from (GRAF1) (Aviation), 737-37Q (28537, 4L-AJG), ex-(G-ODSK), AerGo Capital leased.
August 2014: 737-505 (25794, 4L-AJH), ex-(EI-FDE), delivery. 1 A320-232 (1422, 4L-AJF), EX-(9V-SLD), Kahala Aviation leased 2014-08.
