April 2005: Channel Express (CEX) is a contract carrier operating scheduled services from Bournemouth to the Channel Islands and nightly cargo services to Europe and throughout the UK on behalf of the Royal Mail and other overnight express carriers. Short notice and ad hoc charters are also operated throughout Europe and North Africa, together with wet-lease operations on behalf of major scheduled airlines. Passenger services are operated on behalf of tour operators, conference and incentive groups and sports organizations.

November 2005: Channel Express (CEX) is discontinuing operations of its A300 freighters. The airline owns 2 and 1 on lease. The leased airplane is being returned while the other 2 are being sold.
