December 2006: Condor Berlin (CIB), a Condor Airlines (CDF) subsidiary, was hit by a 4-hour wildcat strike organized by the ver.di union. 5 flights were affected. The union and Condor (CDF) management have restarted talks that were suspended in February 2005. The carrier wants its 240 cabin staff (CA) to transfer to a flight-hour system from a daily work schedule.

June 2007: A320-212 (793), to Nouvelair (NOU).

March 2008: Dusseldorf International (DUS) will invest 300 million in infrastructure upgrades in order to offer shorter connecting times and compete more effectively with other European hubs. (DUS) is looking to increase the percentage of passengers flying long-haul to 20% from 10%. It is the 3rd-busiest airport in Germany with 17.8 million passengers last year.

July 2008: Berlin Tempelhof will close for good on October 30. Final scheduled flight at the historic 85-year-old facility will be an 8 pm Cirrus Airlines (RUS) service to Mannheim aboard a Do-328.

October 2009: Rockwell Collins was selected by Condor Berlin (CIB) to supply its "Airshow 4200" moving map and in-flight information system for its new fleet of A320s. Upgrades are scheduled for between 2009 and 20011.

(CDF) has signed a marketing agreement with Spanair (SPP) and the 2 carriers are now both selling Germany - Spain flights operated by the other carrier.

May 2011: Vistair deployed its on line flight manuals management system for Thomas Cook Group members: Thomas Cook Scandinavia (PRH) and Condor Berlin (CIB).
