December 2003: Was placed into receivership by the commercial court of St-Nazaire and ceased operations on behalf of Air Togo/Afrique Airlines (YAX).
July 2004: A320-211 (030, F-GZZZ), ex-Ansett (ANS), Airbus (AFIS) leased. To begin charter flights from France to Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia. 1 order (4/05) A320.
September 2005: A310-304 (504, F-GEMO), wet-leased to Ariana Afghan Airlines (AFG).
January 2006: A320-211 (030, F-GZZZ), leased to Mahan Air (MHN) in full (MHN) livery.
February 2006: A310-304, (488, F-), ex-Hapagfly (HAP), bought from GOAL.
March 2006: 737-275 (22264), sold to Trans Air Congo (TSG). 2 orders 747-422 (24363, N172UA; 24383, N176UA), ex-United Airlines (UAL), from US Bank (Trustee). 2 A300B4-622R's (555, F-HEEE; 625, F-FDDD), AWAS (AWW) leased.
April 2006: (KLM) Engineering & Maintenance was contracted by Eagle Aviation (EGZ) of France to perform four-week "D" checks on two 747-400s.
Eagle Air (EGZ) conducts wet-lease operations, based in Paris.

June 2006: United Services, United Airlines (UAL)'s Maintenance and Engineering division, signed a contract with France's Eagle Aviation (EGZ) to provide overhaul and ring-case modifications on (PW4060) engines that power three former (UAL) 747-400s, that the charter and wet-lease operator is acquiring from a third party.
October 2008: A300B4-622R (555, F-HEEE) ferried Amman - Dresden for freighter conversions for FedEx (FED).
June 2009: Skytech-AIC announced the lease of two 747-400s to Eagle Aviation Europe (EGZ). The first airplane was returned by the previous lessee in March and already has been delivered; the second (747-412, (27071, F-GTIR) - - SEE PHOTO - - "EGZ-747-412-JUL09") will be delivered to (EGZ) on July 31. Skytech also said it has been selected to remarket four additional 747-400s for an unidentified customer.
January 2010: Ceased operations.
