February 2005: # EUR 8 - 10M/$10.3M - $12.9M, 5-year contract to Lufthansa Technik (DLH) (LTK) for Total Component Support for its A320's including line maintenance and engineering support.
May 2005: 130 employees (including 30 Flight Crew (FC), 64 Cabin Attendants (CA); & 12 Maintenance Technicians (MT)).
June 2005: 2 A320-214's (1213, EI-DKF; 1390, EI-DKG), ex-Air Jamaica (JAM).
November 2005: Has applied to operate an A320 on charter flights betweenj the Republic of Ireland and the USA, and on other passenger charter operations for six months. Has carried 294,575 passengers on 2,565 flights since start of operations in December 2004.
March 2006: Irish Charter carrier Eirjet (EIR) is planning to lease more A320s.
September 2006: EirJet (EIR) is an Irish charter, jet airplane airline serving the resort areas along the Mediterranean.

October 2006: Eirjet (EIR) suspended operations on October 18th. The airline began operations in 2004 and was using 4 A320s on charter flights from Belfast, Cork, Dublin, Knock and Shannon Airports.
