GARETH DAVIES, FOUNDER & SPECIAL CONSULTANT EX-(WJI).
Gareth Davies is a Special Consultant to the Executive Team. Mr Davies is a founding member and was Vice President Aircraft Technical Operations & Aircraft Purchasing/Leasing at Enerjet (ENJ) until September 2009.
He has >32 years of experience in aviation and was 1 of the 1st employee's of WestJet Airlines (WJI) in August 1995. Mr Davies was VP Technical Services at (WJI) responsible for the acquisition of >20 737 airplanes and overseeing the entire maintenance department at(WJI). Later, he worked on Corporate Special Projects for (WJI), including the sale and retirement of the 737-200 fleet and the selection of the 737-700 Next-Generation airplane, for which he oversaw delivery from the factory to being operated in Canada.
Prior to this, Mr Davies was Director of Technical Services, AeroCorp, FAA-FAR 145 (MRO), specializing in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of large transport category airplanes. In addition, Mr Davies worked with Echo Bay Mines in the northern aviation operations and served in the Canadian Air Forces. Mr Davies holds Transport Canada Licenses as a Flight Engineer and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with numerous airplanes and aviation related training and courses.
TOM MORGAN, PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO), EX-(WJI).
Thomas W Morgan is the President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Director of Enerjet (ENJ) since October 2006. Prior to joining (ENJ), Mr Morgan was a founder of WestJet Airlines (WJI) and during his 10 years with (WJI) held senior positions ranging from Chief Pilot and Director Flight Operations to Executive Vice President responsible for all flight operations including Maintenance and In-flight. Mr Morgan was actively involved in the growth of (WJI) from start-up to 52 new Boeing 737NG airplanes serving North America with both scheduled and charter services and he was the leader of 550 pilots (FC), 1200 flight attendants (CA) and 300 maintenance engineers (MT).
