EnerJet (ENJ) was established by a small team of former WestJet (WJI) senior executives led by company President, Tim Morgan. (ENJ) was established under the working name of NewAir and Tours but rebranded as EnerJet (ENJ) on 20 October 2008.
November 2008: Enerjet (ENJ) (formerly NewAir & Tours) received its Air Operators Certificate (AOC) from Transport Canada, acknowledging (ENJ)'s completion of all the technical and safety requirements necessary to operate a commercial air operation in Canada.
1st revenue flight took place on November 30th with a Calgary - Firebag Aerodrome (owned by Suncor Energy) - Hamiltonj - Moncton - Gander - Moncton - Hamilton - Fort McMurry - Calgary routing.
December 2008: Enerjet (ENJ) enters into a multi-year air transportation services agreement with Suncor Energy Oil Sands Limited Partnership. Intends to operate seasonal tour services from smaller Canadian cities. The agreement underscores the EnerJet business model, which includes the provision of workforce transportation and related services to industrial projects in Canada. In addition, the agreement serves to validate EnerJet's leadership position in the workforce transportation segment, with equipment and operations that set new standards for efficiency, comfort and convenience.
April 2009: Enerjet (ENJ) signed a five-year component support contract with Air France Industries (AFI) and (KLM) Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) covering maintenance and pool access for its 737NGs. Boeing (TBC) and (KLM) (E&M)'s 737NG component services program will offer (ENJ) cost savings of up to -30% and can ship parts from a global pool within 24 hours, the companies claimed.
June 2009: Air France Industries (AFI)/(KLM) Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) announced a five-year component support contract from Canadian charter airline Enerjet (ENJ) for its fleet of 737NGs. Support will be offered by the joint Component Services Program of Boeing (TBC) and (KLM) (E&M).
April 2010: 737-7BD (33920) leased to Transavia (TAV) as (PH-OEJ).
May 2010: Sunwing (SWG) and Signature Vacations have partnered with EnerJet (ENJ) for summer charter flights from Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta and Cancun, Mexico.
August 2010: Enerjet (ENJ) is a Canadian airline that primarily provides industrial air charter services, ferrying workers from Calgary and Edmonton to Fort McMurry, in northern Alberta for energy companies.

GARETH DAVIES, FOUNDER & SPECIAL CONSULTANT EX-(WJI).
Gareth Davies is a Special Consultant to the Executive Team. Mr Davies is a founding member and was Vice President Aircraft Technical Operations & Aircraft Purchasing/Leasing at Enerjet (ENJ) until September 2009.
He has >32 years of experience in aviation and was 1 of the 1st employee's of WestJet Airlines (WJI) in August 1995. Mr Davies was VP Technical Services at (WJI) responsible for the acquisition of >20 737 airplanes and overseeing the entire maintenance department at(WJI). Later, he worked on Corporate Special Projects for (WJI), including the sale and retirement of the 737-200 fleet and the selection of the 737-700 Next-Generation airplane, for which he oversaw delivery from the factory to being operated in Canada.
Prior to this, Mr Davies was Director of Technical Services, AeroCorp, FAA-FAR 145 (MRO), specializing in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of large transport category airplanes. In addition, Mr Davies worked with Echo Bay Mines in the northern aviation operations and served in the Canadian Air Forces. Mr Davies holds Transport Canada Licenses as a Flight Engineer and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with numerous airplanes and aviation related training and courses.
TOM MORGAN, PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO), EX-(WJI).
Thomas W Morgan is the President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Director of Enerjet (ENJ) since October 2006. Prior to joining (ENJ), Mr Morgan was a founder of WestJet Airlines (WJI) and during his 10 years with (WJI) held senior positions ranging from Chief Pilot and Director Flight Operations to Executive Vice President responsible for all flight operations including Maintenance and In-flight. Mr Morgan was actively involved in the growth of (WJI) from start-up to 52 new Boeing 737NG airplanes serving North America with both scheduled and charter services and he was the leader of 550 pilots (FC), 1200 flight attendants (CA) and 300 maintenance engineers (MT).
In 1983, Mr Morgan founded Morgan Air LLP and has presided as President, organizing and setting up a fixed based operation including flight training, charter and management of corporate airplane leasing and maintenance servicing Western Canada.
Mr Morgan has also held the following Board of Directors positions: WestJet Airlines (WJI) (Toronto Stock Exchange) from June 1996 to January 2006; Aero Mechanical Services (TSX Venture Exchange) from January 2001 to June 2005; Black Dog Resources (TSX Venture Exchange) from August 2005 to Present; and Mount Royal College Foundation from February 2004 to Present. Other achievements include "Entrepreneur of the Year" for Canada 2000 and "Entrepreneur of the World" for Teamwork 2000.
ALAN MANN, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO), EX-(WJI).
Alan Mann is Enerjet (ENJ)'s VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is a Professional Accountant (CGA). Mr Mann came to (ENJ) from the oil patch where he was a Financial Projects Leader with an energy services company. Mr Mann also worked with WestJet Airlines (WJI) for several years. His initial role at (WJI) included analyzing and reporting on the company's performance-based compensation plans and led the team for C-SOX securities compliance requirement. In this role, Mr Mann gained valuable experience, and improved business processes for various areas across the company ranging from revenue, route determination and pricing, to reservation processes and the recognition of this revenue on the financial statements.
Mr Mann also spent 5 years in commercial credit/finance with the Bank of Nova Scotia. In his last year at the Bank of Nova Scotia, Mr Mann was an Account Officer in Private Banking - Wealth Management.
DARCY MORGAN, VP BUSINESS INTEGRATION & DIRECTOR
Darcy Morgan has been a Board Member of Enerjet (ENJ) since September 2007 and serves as VP Business Performance & Integration. He is responsible for enhancing (ENJ)'s performance with the application of information technology (IT), and for marketing the workforce transportation line of business. Mr Morgan was previously employed with (SAP), the world's premier enterprise business software, and (IBM), the leading business integration company. Through 20 years of business experience, Darcy has succeeded with a wide range of duties. He has been responsible for business development, executive account management, channel development, public sector relations, and liaisons with industry bodies. Darcy is a graduate of the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary. He is an alumnus of and contributor to Haskayne's award -winning Inter-Collegiate Business Competition Team. Mr Morgan is also a Board Member for Black Dog Resources (TSX) Venture Exchange, a gas and oil producer.

William (Bill) Lamberton is a consultant to the executive team. Mr Lamberton was a Director of Enerjet (ENJ) since September 12, 2007 and has held the position of VP Marketing & Sales at (ENJ) until January 2010. Over the past 5 years Mr Lamberton has consulted in the airline and travel sector and has operated a Canadian based tour company. Mr Lamberton has 30 years of experience in the travel industry and has held senior marketing positions with a number of Canadian air carriers, including WestJet Airlines (WJI). Mr Lamberton was VP Sales & Marketing from 1995 through 2003 and led the teams for revenue, scheduling, route development, charters, cargo, special product, advertising, branding, communication and public relations (PR). Under his proven leadership, the marketing plan for the airline was successfully launched and he continued to develop and grow the team through 28 consecutive quarters of profits in its 1st 8 years of operation.
Mr Lamberton has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has recently completed a 4 year term as a director on the Calgary Economic Develop Board.
