January 2004: Euralair Horizons and Euralair International were saved from liquidation owing to a last-minute takeover offer from Angel Gate Aviation, UK, who will pay # EUR 100K/$127.6K for charter airline Euralair Horizons and an equal amount for business aircraft operator Euralair International. The Bobigny Commercial Court will decide the fate of Euralair's 3rd subsidiary, Euralair Industries, who specialize in the maintenance of 737's. Euralair Horizons carries a debt of # EUR 20M, whilst Euralair International has # EUR 5M, & Euralair Industries has # EUR 7M.

March 2004: "Euralair Horizons" is renamed as "Air Horizons."

The French leisure airline operated flights for several French tour operators and posted revenue of approximately 100 million/$116.9 million in 2004. Its losses amounted to more than -10 million. It has eight airplanes in its fleet, comprising five 737s and three 757s, and employs 267 staff.
