MARCH 1998: 1ST AIRLINE TO RECEIVE (ISO) 9002 CERTIFICATION FOR THE WHOLE OF ITS ACTIVITIES.

IN 1997 = +#3.5M FRANCS, OPERATES 50 FREIGHTER & 50 PASSENGER FLIGHTS FOR AIR FRANCE (AFA)/DAY. FREIGHTER USE IS 2/3 OF TURNOVER BUT PASSENGER FREQUENCY HAS INCREASED & IS 5TH IN ALL FRANCE.

ACQUIRES 3 A300B4'S (15-21 YRS OLD) FOR NIGHT FREIGHT ONLY, TO REPLACE 2 727'S (DON'T MEET NOISE REGULATIONS) AND 6 ATR72'S TO REPLACE F 27'S.

FEBRUARY 1999: 2 737-300QC'S (23809; 23810) SOLD TO INDIGO (INZ)
TO UNICAPITAL AIR GROUP.

APRIL 1999: 395 EMPLOYEES (INCLUDING 283 FC).

A300B4-203F (148, F-GOZA) DELIVERY.

AUGUST 1999: 2 ATR72-200'S (311; 361), EX-TRANSASIA (TRV), TO BE CONVERTED TO FREIGHTER FOR 116-INS DOOR/7 TONNE CAPACITY) FOR AIR MAIL.

NOVEMBER 1999: 727-225F (1695-22441, F-GKDZ), RETURNED TO PEGASUS
(PSS), LEASED TO KITTY HAWK AIR CARGO (KHC).

DECEMBER 1999: 1 A300B4F, CHANNEL EXPRESS (CXP) WET-LEASED UNTIL DELIVERY OF 3RD A300B4F.

JUNE 2000: 1 ATR72-202 (207, F-GPOB), SAFAIR (SFA) LEASED.

AUGUST 2000: ALL 737-300QC'S RETURNED TO SERVICE.

SEPTEMBER 2000: 2 737-3H6'S (2415-27125, /93 12 09; 2615-27347, /94 10 07), EX-MALAYSIA AIRLINES (MAS), AVIACARGO LEASED.

OCTOBER 2000: AIR FRANCE (AFA) GAINS 100% OF AEROPOSTALE (FPO) BY BUYING 50% HELD BY FRENCH POST OFFICE. WILL NOW OPERATE WITH 2 737-300QC'S AND 2 A300B4-100F'S. THE OTHER 13 737-300QC'S & 4 ATR72-200F'S WILL OPERATE FOR A NEW COMPANY, AIRPOSTE (EUE) AIRPOST, A K A LA POSTE, WHICH NOW STYLES ITSELF AS EUROPE AIR POST. THE L'AEROPOSTALE NAME HAS BEEN RETAINED BY AIR FRANCE (AFA).

DECEMBER 2000: 2 737-2K2C'S (405-20943, F-GGVP; 406-20944, F-GGVQ), LEASED TO AIR MEDITERRANEE (AMV).

December 2003: 737-2K2C (20944) returned from Air Mediterranee (AMV).

February 2004: 737-2K2C (20944) sold to RPX Airlines (REX).

September 2006: 737-2K2C (20836, F-GIXA), returned from Star Peru (SRU), leased to Voliamo (VIL), Italy.
