ALLAN MACARTOR SAID THE DECISION CAME AS NO SURPRISE BECAUSE FORT WORTH AND AMERICAN AIRLINES (AAL) HAD THE POLITICAL CLOUT TO GET AN ELECTED JUDGE TO RULE IN THEIR FAVOR. "THIS SETS UP A SHOWDOWN BETWEEN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT & THE FORT WORTH STATE COURT . . . THE SHELBY AMENDMENT CONFIRMS ONE CAN FLY A 56 PAX
