November 2008: Starline (LMZ) provides scheduled domestic passenger services with extensions to Sharjah and Istanbul, together with both passenger and cargo charters. Starline.kz operated its first passenger charter on April 19, 2007. Points served from Aktobe, include destinations in China, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
