December 2002: 1 737-329 (23771, CN-RDB), ex-Sabena (SAB), CIT (TCI) leased.
April 2003: Mondair (MDZ) operates passenger, charter jet airplanes from Agadir to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), as well as to leisure destinations in Morocco, including Marrakech, and Oujda.
Parent organization/shareholders: Moroccan private investors (100%).
February 2004: Has ceased operations and returned its airplanes to their lessors.
June 2005: Continues operations with 737-300's wet-leased from Aigle Azur (AZU) and/or Air Horizons (ERA).
