SEPTEMBER 2000: SECURES $22.5M LOAN FROM ALLIED BOSTON BANK/ROYAL FINANCE. ROYAL AIRWAYS (ROJ) (SUBSIDIARY OF ROYAL HOLDINGS SERVICES, UK) PLANS TO ACQUIRE 54.68% OF (MOU) AND RESTART OPERATIONS AS "ROYAL AIRWAYS" WITH UP TO 5 737'S AND 12 AIRPLANES WITHIN 2 YEARS.
