August 2003: Duo Airways (MSK) confirmed it will discontinue its franchise with British Airways (BAB) in October 2003.

May 2004: Duo (MSK), the low-fare successor to Maersk UK, has ceased to trade and stopped all flight operations because "revenues had not been as high as anticipated, and although bookings had been growing, additional funds were required to enable the airline to continue."

Had its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) license suspended by the UK (CAA).
