A trip to London does not even need any particular reason. One may desire to see one of the latest musicals, or on another visit, attend the opening of an exhibition. London has restaurants from every part of the world, but you can also try the English classics: fish’n chips, and afternoon tea with scones.

The shopping opportunities have no limits in London. The city has several large department stores such as Harrods, Marks & Spencer, and Debenhams. The easiest way to travel around in London is by the "tube" (underground rail). For this, it’s most convenient to buy an "Oyster" card or a get a travelcard for all zones from one of the ticket machines in an underground station. These cards also cover buses, trams and overground trains throughout the city. It's usually the best option for tourists, as you can travel as much as you like in one day with one flat fare.

May 2014: Snowbird Airlines ((ICAO) Code: SBW, based at Helsinki Vantaa) (SBW) will launch services this autumn with flights from Helsinki Vantaa to Malaga on October 2. Thereafter, additional flights from the northern city of Enontekio to Helsinki and London Gatwick will follow on November 25.
(SBW) will charter an airplane initially, while it pursues its own Air Operators Certificate (AOC). Once secured, it will then begin operating its own A320.
Headed by former Air Finland ((IATA) Code: OF, based at Helsinki Vantaa) (AFZ) employees, Snowbird (SBW) also intends to enter the ad-hoc charter and wet-lease (ACMI) services sector.
