The Republic of Equatorial Guinea was established in 1968 and covers an area of 28,051 sq km. The population is 400,000 and the capital city is Malabo. The official language is Spanish.
August 2009: 737-260 (23915, ET-AJB) bought from Ethiopian Airlines (ETH).
December 2010: Star Equatorial Airlines (STQ) links the two administrative country capitals of Bata and Malabo (SEE ATTACHED MAP), together with regional flights to several capital cities in Central and West Africa, including Cotonou, Douala, Lagos, Libreville, and Lome. More are planned to be added in the near future.
