It is a division of the Bolivian Air Force (Commandante General de la (FAB) - Fuerza Aereo Boliviana). It wet-leases DC-8F and DC-10F airplanes from Arrow Air (ARW), when required. It primarily operates regular charter flights linking Santa Cruz with La Paz and Miami.
