APRIL 1998: 4 DC-10-30'S (46556; 46972; 46982) TO IBERIA AIRLINES (IBE).

JULY 1998: DC-10-30 (46557) SOLD TO AVTEAM, FLORIDA FOR PART OUT.

APRIL 1999: NOW IS ONLY AN AIRPLANE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR (MRO) COMPANY, AS A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF ASERCA AIRLINES (SEZ).

2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF NEW SERVICE COMPANY, VIASA (VIA) SERVICE (MVS).

MAY 1999: CONTRACT WITH LACSA (LAC) FOR LINE MAINTENANCE AT MAIQUETIA AIRPORT.

JULY 1999: BUREAU VERITAS AGENT FROM FLORIDA ASSISTED WITH APPLICATION FOR (FAA) FOREIGN REPAIR STATION CERTIFICATION OF
VIASA (VIA) SERVICE (MVS).

MARCH 2000: ASERCA (SEZ) BUYS OUT HEAVY MAINTENANCE PORTION OF VIASA (VIA) SERVICE (MVS).

OWNERS, RAFAEL DI NAPOLI, GERMAN TOVAR, & MARUJA CORREA, STILL HAVE LINE MAINTENANCE PORTION & PROVIDE CONTRACT LINE MAINTENANCE TO OTHER SOUTH AMERICAN CARRIERS.
