AUGUST 1999 DUE TO COLLAPSE OF SUN AIR (SUQ), FROM WHICH IT WAS LEASING 2 DC-9'S. NOW PLANS TO LEASE ADDITIONAL AIRPLANES FROM MILLION AIR (MIL) AND AIR ZIMBABWE (ZMB).

DECEMBER 1999: DISCUSSING ALLIANCE WITH SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS (SAA).

HAS BEEN OPERATING 2 HS 748'S ON DOMESTIC SERVICES TO BULAWAYO,
HWANGE NATIONAL PARK, AND VICTORIA FALLS.

MAY 2000: CURRENTLY IS NOT OPERATING ANY BOEING JETS, BUT MAY ACQUIRE MORE IN FUTURE.

FEBRUARY 2001: AFTER SUSPENDING FLIGHTS OVER 2 YEARS AGO, HAS NOW
SUSPENDED NEGOTIATIONS WITH SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS (SAA) RE-LEASE
OF (SAA) AIRPLANES, DUE TO DOWNTURN IN ZIMBABWE'S TOURISM INDUSTRY.
(SAA) WAS TO HAVE ACQUIRED 40% STAKE, BUT OFFER IS NOW WITHDRAWN.
